Attention:
1. Taiwan Shipping fees including customs clearance and tax.
2. Parcels are shipping directly to the country and then transited by Kerryexpress delivery. You can tracking your parcel in Kerryexpress website after customs clearance.
3. All Taiwan's recipients must download the EZWAY APP for customs real-name certification, and the recipient's name and phone number provided must be same as EZWAY APP
4. Import and export must be standardized to fill in the name of the items, and be sure to declare the items price, so that your parcel can be successfully cleared and delivered safely.
5. If the name of the declared product does not match the name of the submitted items, or the declared value is judged by the customs of the destination country to be false or underreported, your parcel may face risks such as customs clearance delay and deduction. Customer are responsibility for violation of relevant laws and regulations due to the false report/understatement of the value of the goods; if it causes losses to our company, we will reserve the right to pursue the relevant responsibilities.
6. No compensation for glass product and fragile items broken.
7. When submitting the order, please upload a screenshot of the real-name authentication on Ezway in the [Recipient's ID Photo]. The uploaded image must clearly display the recipient's name, phone number, ID number and [Authenticated] real-name authentication status.
8. Duration: Every Tuesday and Thursday 12pm ship out from our warehouse, 3-7 working days arrival. Our company will not be responsible for any damages caused of customs clearance delays.
9. The Chargeable Weight of Air Freight shipments are calculated as the Actual Weight or the Volumetric Weight of the shipment, whichever is the greater. Volumetric Weight count as: length (cm) x height (cm) x width (cm) / 5000.
10. The parcel should not exceed 200cm x 90cm x 90cm
11. Each parcel is calculated based on 1 KG such as 1.2KG, the charge is 2KG. The weight of each package will be calculated individually.
12. If the parcel is returned by the customs, the return shipping cost will be borne by the sender.

The registration process is as follows：
- Fill in the nationality, mobile phone number, name, and ID number on the APP.
If the owner of the currently used mobile phone number is the same as the person who intends to register, select "The applicant who entered the ID card number and the mobile phone number is the same person" "Yes", and enter the account number (set by yourself), password (set by yourself) and e-mail, confirm that the mobile phone is under 4G or 3G mobile network (not wifi environment), and the information will be sent to the telecommunications company to confirm the identity, and the registration will be completed after the verification is completed .
- Fill in the nationality, mobile phone number, name and ID card number on the APP.
If you are not the owner of the mobile phone number currently in use, a prepaid card, a special tariff plan, or the phone number has no mobile Internet access function, etc., enter the ID card number and The mobile phone number applicant is the same person", select "No", and enter the account number (custom), password (custom) and e-mail, upload the front and back photos of the IC card (clear photo), and the image recognition is confirmed to be correct, and a text message will be sent for verification Code to the mobile phone number to be registered, enter the verification code in the verification code field, and the registration will be completed after the verification is completed (about 3 working days).

If the owner of the currently used mobile phone number is "different" from the person who intends to register, and the ID card number entered in "The applicant of the mobile phone number is the same person" "Choose "Yes", and enter the account number (set by yourself), password (set by yourself) and e-mail, confirm that the mobile phone is under 4G or 3G mobile network (non-wifi environment), the information will be sent to the telecom operator to confirm the identity, and will be prompted for authentication Failed, please reconfirm that the IC card number to be registered is the same as the applicant with the mobile phone number; if the mobile phone number cannot be used for authentication (telecom authentication), you will be transferred to the document upload page to continue to complete the real-name authentication registration and upload the ID card Front and back photos (clear photos), the image recognition is confirmed to be correct, a SMS verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number to be registered, enter the verification code in the verification code field, and the registration will be completed after the verification is completed.
