Delivery in Hong Kong:
1️⃣ Delivery from Hong Kong warehouses, regardless of whether it is normal goods, will be charged based on the unit price of the MY01-HK, MY01-HKB, MY02-HK, MY02-HKB Hong Kong delivery channels.
2️⃣ If pickup arrangements are needed in Hong Kong: The minimum pickup fee is RM 350/100KG, with an additional charge of RMB 0.5/kg for exceeding the limit, actual charges for miscellaneous fees (tunnel, registration fees, etc.).
3️⃣ Hong Kong cash on delivery items: A 5% handling fee will be charged on the cash on delivery amount! If dismantling is required, a dismantling fee of RMB 150 per item will be charged.
Tax Explanation:
1️⃣ For single shipments weighing over 25KG and with a declared value exceeding RM 500, SST of 5-10% will be charged. Declaration fee is MYR 55, and DUTY is charged as per actual cost, payable by the recipient.

2️⃣ We do not assume any indirect losses resulting from goods damage or delay. We do not assume any liability for losses or damages caused by reasons beyond our control. These reasons include but are not limited to force majeure (such as epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, etc.), the nature of the goods themselves, or reasonable loss, or due to your or your designated consignee's fault, or due to damage to the outer packaging of the goods or shortfalls caused by customs or inspection agencies, and corresponding delays that are not our fault caused by the loss or destruction of goods, we do not assume any compensation liability.
3️⃣ We do not assume any responsibility for problems arising from discrepancies between the information declared by the shipper and the actual goods, or if the goods are detained. Any resulting costs are to be borne by the customer.

5️⃣ Fragile items must be properly packaged, and damages will not be compensated. We do not compensate for goods damaged due to weather conditions at the airport cargo station or food items damaged by rodents in the warehouse!

1️⃣ This quotation does not include destination taxes, remote area surcharges, fines, storage fees, return fees caused by the recipient, or destruction fees.
