    Attention:

    1. For Sea Shipping Big Parcel, based on the calculation, Actual weight is in "m3".
    2. Every 1m3 can contain max 400kg, overweight charges will be incurred. Overweight Calculation: Actual Weight(kg) /400 = m3
    3. Parcel delivery only restricted until doorstep. For high-rise condominiums or shop lots with higher levels, customers may need to arrage to collect parcel at the ground floor, lobby or guard house.
    4. For heavy parcels containing more than 100kg, customers may need to arrange Mover Tools- forklift for receiving parcel from our lorry. If unable to find, can contact our Customer Service to ask for additional service arrangements (extra charges will be incurred).
    5. Upon receiving parcel, the parcel size will differ 1-2cm after all parcels are consolidated together, loaded onto a container.
    6. Most woven sacks have different weight. Thus, after customers received parcels, finalized Volumetric Weight may be different.

    Extra Note It is recommended to subscribe for add-on parcel protection services especially for fragile items, such as kitchen basin, bathtubs, lighting & order breakable items. While transporting your goods, your packages may go through bumpy rides from events like turbulence.
    Thus, having extra padding is recommended for fragile items. We recommended using bubble wraps, wooden crate. This will prevent your goods from bouncing around within the packing/ package getting deformed during shipping.
