    Delivery Note
  • Parcel delivery only until doorstep, for those high-rise condominiums, or shop lots with higher floors, customers may need to self-arrange to collect parcel at the ground floor, lobby or guardhouse.
  • Those heavy parcels which contain more than 100kg, customer may need to self-arrange Mover Tools like forklift for parcel receiving from our lorry. If unable to find, can contact our customer service to ask for additional service arrangement, extra charges will be incurred.
  • Upon receiving parcel, sometime the size of the parcel will differ 1-5cm after all parcels consolidated together, squeezed inside a container.
  • During parcel consolidation, please remember to leave some space, calculate the additional weight and size for boxes we use to consolidate parcels.
