Thailand T&C:
1 Rejected items: weapon, medicine, live
stock (fish plant), white powder, fresh milk, liquor, soft drink. False
declaration client will be liable to customs penalty & confiscation and no
compensation from our company.
2 Poorly packed goods from suppliers, warehouse assistant will
automatically add on extra gunny bag or boxes for better packing condition, add
on packing charges will add on to the total shipping fees.
3 E-commerce courier delivery system shown received status but
the items not being signed received by our warehouse assistant, clients should
take own responsibility to check with seller’s courier company to confirm
parcels marking name and tracking number is correct being written and proof of
sign acknowledgement.
4 Upon receiving parcels our warehouse assistant will scan bar code on every parcel to stock in parcel. Thailand e-commerce courier company always wrongly write client’s marking name or incorrect tracking number given in the system, hence, the mistake cause we unable to locate the parcels due to incorrect information, no compensation given if warehouse unable to locate the parcel. Client need to request photo of delivery consignment and parcel photo from courier company for better finding process.
5 Client need to furnish detail products
name in English for example long jeans pant, DVD-disc, pet foods for cat, car
bumper Toyota brand, long sleeve shirt
6 Parcels left at warehouse more than 60days do not ship out, will be automatically disposed without any compensation.
7 Any parcel to be consolidated, warehouse will use a carton (with additional charge around RM10-RM12) or gunny bag (with additional charge around RM10-RM17) by default for repacking purpose.
