16/07/2025 [Individual Users] Important Notice: Update GIMworld Account Info for E-Invoice Activation

Dear valued customers,

Starting July, our system supports e-Invoice services. To ensure a smooth invoicing process, please update your account details by following the steps below:

Steps:

1. Log in to your GIMworld account and go to My Account > Edit Account Information
2. Under "Require e-Invoice", select Yes
3. Select your Identification Type: (e.g: MyKad Identification Number (NRIC))
4. Enter your Identification Number (e.g: IC Number)
5. Click "Retrieve TIN by Identification Number"
6. Upload a copy of your IC (Identity Card)
7. Click Save
