18/07/2025 [Sole Proprietorship Users] Important Notice: Update GIMworld Account Info for E-Invoice Activation

Dear valued customers,

Starting July, our system supports e-Invoice services. To ensure a smooth invoicing process, kindly update your account by following the steps below:

  Steps to Update:

1. Log in to your GIMworld account and go to My Account > Edit Account Information
2. Under "Require e-Invoice", select Yes
3. Select your Identification Type:
4. Enter your Identification Number:
• ⚠️If you're a Sole Proprietor and unable to input your SSM Number, please:
• Select MyKad Identification Number(NRIC) as the Identification Type
• Fill in your IC Number as the Identification Number
5. Click "Retrieve TIN by Identification Number"
6. Upload a copy of your IC
7. Click Save

⚠️ Additional Notes:

• If your account was previously registered as a personal account, you may:
  • Change the IC Number field to your SSM Number
  • Update the Name field to your Company Name
