[IMPORTANT NOTICE] China to Malaysia Sea Freight Big Parcel Service Adjustment & New Warehouse Guidelines

Thank you for your continued trust and support in our shipping services! To improve logistics efficiency and speed up delivery times, our company will fully upgrade and adjust our current Sea Freight Big Parcel Service starting from September 15, 2026:

1. Transition to Direct Shipping Mode (Sea Freight Big Parcel)
• Direct Dispatch:
• The bulk cargo warehouse will transition to a Direct Shipping Mode (no consolidation/storage).
• Once cargo arrives at the warehouse, it will be packed and shipped directly to Malaysia within 5 days.
• Minimum Charge:
• Minimum charge for Sea Freight Big Parcel starts at 0.3 CBM
• Information Submission:
• Customers must submit the goods description and Malaysia shipping address in advance to ensure fast arrangement for customs clearance and dispatch.


2. Guidelines for Customers Requiring [Consolidation & Storage Services]

If you require parcel consolidation and need to store your goods at the warehouse for 1–2 weeks, please contact our customer service team before shipping to change your warehouse address.
